Aim:
This workshop is primarily designed for Nursing Staff in all areas:
- To develop standard approaches in the delivery of nursing care and to ensure that patients receive both care and service that is of a high quality
- To ensure that all staff have a working knowledge of the importance of Nursing Quality Assurance. (ISO and Audit System)
- To introduce JCIA – Standards & Processes
