Tree Plantation

altWith the onset of Spring, SKMCH&RC launched its Tree Plantation Campaign with the SKM Tigers from various schools at the Hospital. The Tree Plantation programme began with students gathering by the lake. In the spirit of the day, they had their faces painted with small trees. They then shared their knowledge about the importance of trees and visited the plant nursery from where they picked their tree and marched all the way to the tree plantation site. The gardener helped them plant their tree and placed their schools nameplate close by.

Participating Schools included the Lahore Grammar School, Aitchison College, Lahore Lyceum, Bloomfield Hall, Beaconhouse School, LACAS, Pepperdine School, Resource Academia, Lahore American School, The City School, Al-Ala Islamic International School and the Johar Foundation School.
